Meet the Team
Alex and Reg graduated with a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. They both have been working as freelancers since 2013, starting as transcribers for Cebu-based company DB Transcription Services.
Alex pursued her own freelance business in 2014 before working full-time in the architecture industry under Casas+Architects in 2018. Currently, she handles the business side of The Split Creative and works as a project manager and digital marketing manager for influencers, coaches, and SMEs.

Regina worked in the architecture industry full-time until 2019 while taking on other creative pursuits on the side such as graphic design and music events. Currently, she’s manning the creative side of The Split Creative, and acting as a design and knowledge consultant for other businesses.
